Hotel New Otani Chang Fu Gong Beijing

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were immaculately clean and the facilities provided were excellent. We were impressed by the hotel's convenient location, right in front of the subway station and just next to the bridge. It was easy for us to explore the city since we were not far from the city center. Moreover, getting to the hotel from the airport on public transport was a breeze. We also loved the breakfast options available, which were delicious and satisfying. The staff members were extremely professional, helpful, and their level of English was great. They assisted us in organizing trips, providing restaurant recommendations, and even helping us with taxi bookings. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family visiting this city.

The pool rules requiring a hair net seemed unnecessary and stressful.
